Ophthalmic Administrative Assistant
Eyes on Randolph is a fast paced-high volume practice seeking friendly administrative assistants. Duties will include but not limited to: front desk assistance, warmly greeting patients, scheduling exams, basic data entry, insurance verification, collecting payments and scanning old patient charts.
The most important qualities we are looking for are the ability to learn new programs, the ability to work within a team environment, understanding how to communicate effectively and a positive attitude. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

The optometric technician is directly responsible for assisting and providing quality patient care through necessary pre-examination testing. Technicians are to perform any and all special testing along with scribing for the doctor, administering topical medication and must be detailed oriented. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized and have the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring patients have the best eyecare experience is the top priority. The position requires teamwork and provides a great opportunity to join a growing and successful practice. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

An eyewear, otherwise known as a frame stylist, creates exceptional value in the lives of our patients and delivers unforgettable patient service through educating patients with the selection of frames, lenses and lens enhancements that suits their individual needs. A successful candidate greets patients immediately as they enter the optical, assist with contact lens purchasing, and most importantly, can communicate effectively and positively with all patients. Occasionally, providing front desk administration duties such as answering phones, scheduling patients and checking patients in or out will also be required. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Duties will include contact lens training, contact lens dispensing, contact lens ordering, optical lab ordering, selling glasses, taking optical measurements, verifying and dispensing glasses, keeping and following sales goals, and most importantly; create exceptional value in the lives of our patients.
